1. Book your event online at healthykitchenhealthylife.com or by contacting us at 716.282.2098 or [email protected]. Virtual Presentations are 90 minutes in length and we use the ZOOM online meeting tool. The presentation is comprised of a PowerPoint Presentation, cooking videos and live demonstration of the “Carrot Test” and the “Pot Toxicity Test” which you also perform at your end in your kitchen. A laptop computer is the preferred device for our ZOOM presentations for mobility reasons. If no laptop is available, the “Carrot Test” and “Pot Toxicity Test” can be scheduled a day or so prior to your ZOOM event using Face Time , Whats App or SKYPE from your mobile phone. iPhones accommodate all three applications; android phones accommodate Whats App and SKYPE.

2. Once your date/time is booked, a follow-up email will be sent to you with your ZOOM LINK which you can download to your online calendar. Preliminary documents and a Check-list of what to do to prepare for the zoom call will be included in the email. The Virtual Presentation includes a “Carrot Test” and “Pot Toxicity Test” which you will perform in your kitchen while being coached by your Consultant. A list of what to have ready for these tests will be sent.

3. You will receive a reminder call the day before your presentation date to ensure you are ready for the event. We ask that you not cancel the event as our Consultants have reserved time on their schedule for you, and they will lose compensation if events are cancelled.

4. Arrive on the Zoom call at least 10 minutes early to ensure you are not having any technical difficulties. Again, Laptop computer is the preferred device for our ZOOM Virtual Presentation for mobility reasons. If no laptop is available, the “Carrot Test” and “Pot Toxicity Test” can be scheduled a day or so prior to your scheduled event using Facetime , What’s App or SKYPE from your mobile phone.

5. A follow-up call will be scheduled within 24 hours after the zoom meeting to answer any questions and confirm your referrals to earn your Saladmaster Food Processor or other promotional gifts of appreciation.
